Sea New York dress. Size 2.
Features a smocked top with eyelet lace ruffles at the neckline and arms. At the waist there is a small peplum ruffle, then a tiered eyelet skirt. Skirt portion of the dress is lined with the exception of the last 3 inches. Scalloped hem, sleeves and neckline. Hidden zipper in the rear.
Smocked top has a good amount of stretch. Dress can fit larger than the tagged size of 2, in my opinion. It is shown on my size 4 mannequin. Dress is black. Top is black with gray threads on the smocking. Dress is gently worn with no rips, holes or stains.
Measurements taken with the dress laid flat and not stretched:
Armpit to armpit: 15”
Waist: 13”
Shoulder to hem: 45”
