These were purchased in 2009 at Designer Sample Sale. They are authentic and I have never personally worn them. I was told that they scratch the bottoms sometimes when used in fashion shows so the shoes have some kind of traction on the stage. I’m sure if you take them to an experienced reputable cobbler they can be repaired if desired.
They are a size 40 and if you are familiar with designer shoes you know they run small so I would say these would best fit a size 8.5/9 in women. They have been sitting on a shelf in my closet but after having two kids they no longer fit and it’s time to find them a loving home!!!
The metal/jeweled part has a little weight to it and is very well made. A small piece of the shimmer around the strap back need to be repaired (very minor fix) if desired. I waited too long to take the sale tags off the instep and some of the shimmer came off, not seen when worn or affect wear. Please see all photos provided. These are an authentic vintage shoe!
