This listing is for a new sealed copy of The Hell House box set collection (I-IV).
It is the collector limited edition released by Umbrella of which 5000 were made. This is # 1245 so a lower number in production.
It comes with a 100 + page hardcover booklet, a rigid lenticular box set case, art cards, a poster, and 3 clear blu ray case with the Region B blu ray discs.
The item appears to have minimal ware such as small tears in the plastic which do not affect the case. Other small forms of ware might be present. Please look at all the photos to fully judge its condition. It is sold as is.

Blu ray discs are Region B, but it is stated that it should work on US players. Please only buy if you know you will be able to play it.
