Beautiful vintage navy blue dress with pearl and crystal accents. This piece is made by Francais by Huey Waltzer and was from the 80's or early 90s.
Some history:
The Huey Waltzer for Mannequin label was produced in the early 1970s. The line was mainly dresses in the popular maxi length. Waltzer later did a line for Saks Fifth Avenue and in the 1980s and into the 1990s designed a label called En Francais by Huey Waltzer.
