Hulk Hogan does not have a working action, however, his arms can stay in place so he can be posed as needed without any issues.
Every other figure in this bundle, the action feature does work. The swinging arm on the Million Dollar Man and Smash isn't the strongest but they do work nonetheless.
You may find the occasional paint loss here and there such as paint loss found in Brutus Beefcake's hair, or pink paint bleed around the rim of his boots, as an example. You will find paint loss around the rim of the boots of the Demolition figures or around the rim of the Macho Man figures boots.
