Antique copy of this classic legal / lawyer / judicial book examining a wide variety of celebrated cases of the day. With advice and information for lawyers and those in positions of practicing cross-examination. Some rubbing/scuffing to covers and shelf wear around the edges. Corners and spine ends bumped and with some fraying. Binding is split in several gutters, the worst of which is shown in the photos. Previous owner’s name written on front free endpaper with transferred ink on pastedown fromt endpaper. Pages tanned but are otherwise clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
