This is a skirt by ISSEY MIYAKE.
I purchased it at a select shop in Ginza about 10 years ago.
I'm selling it because I don't have the opportunity to wear it. I think it would be about knee-length on someone who is 160cm tall.
You can enjoy wearing it high-waisted with a belt, or you can wear it low-waisted because it has a rubber waistband.
It has several fine pleats, so it accentuates your body line beautifully.
