This is a vintage Michael Hoban leather jacket (20+ years old)
It's a size 4, and fits like a woman's medium.
There's no rips or tears in the lining or leather itself, the only flaws are a few loose strings by the buttons (none of the buttons are loose themselves) and a few marks/stains? They're also shown in the photos but they're super tiny so it wasn't easy to get a clear photo of them.
This comes from a smoke-free household and has been kept in a closet for most of it's life, maybe worn once a year. I always made sure to keep it in a cool area and it was never store outside either.
Definitely a great coat for places where it snows or is cold because it's very warm and heavy (ie. not Arizona lol)
