Item is in used good working condition . Will need bin, cyclone head, cleaner head, extendable upholstery hose and top handle to make it a complete unit .
When it’s in upright locked condition, it will have suction in top extendable upholstery hose only ( upholstery hose not included with this unit ) and while in upright position , floor roller head will not spin and there will be no suction from the bottom
To make the suction from the bottom part and to make the floor roller head to spin , You have to change its position from upright to regular floor vacuum . To do so , hold on to the bottom round part while pushing the top handle in downward motion you will hear click sound. Now it’s in regular floor vacuum mode. Power will start going to the floor roller head and suction will be in the bottom part
