This is a rare chance to secure an original vintage pair of CUD British Union Jack Flag car/motorbike badges with original hardware. Though the back of the badges do not sport the CUD logo, the original hang tag does. This appears to be a 1961 manufacture date, based upon the date written on the back of the hang tag. However, I do have solid evidence that CUD Union Jack badges cost 27 in 1966, and this example cost 22, so it is indeed an earlier manufacture date.
These are in very good vintage condition. I cannot for certain claim that they have never been mounted, but they are a clean example of a sought after vintage pair of Union Jack badges made by CUD in the UK. Get them while you can. The company, renowned for its high quality work, went out of business in the early 1970's, and nobody makes 'em like they used to.
