It's an antique Heisey Fandango pedestal large bowl..pattern #1201 is the Fandango..by the Heisey Glass Co...antique from the 19th Century..it was made in the late 1890's by Heisey Glass of Newark Ohio..excellent condition..no cracks..no chips..no cloudiness..no repairs..there is one manufactures defect..see photo..it is not a crack..has a few air bubbles..8 tall and 7.5 in diameter..it's considered a rare find..great for collectors of antique glass..this would look awesome on display under a black light..!!
