I purchased this from a Lemax retailer who told me these items were produced in excess of the production amount. They were supposed to serve as extras in case of damage to other buildings that were sold. They are brand new, never displayed in fully working condition. The only downside- there is no outer sleeve. However, it comes with the styrofoam protective casing and strap. See details below.
