This is a Ralph Lauren Native Hand-Knit Cardigan that Kimura Takuya personally owns and uses. It's hand-knitted, meaning each stitch was crafted by hand by skilled artisans. This is from Ralph's Santa Fe collection from the 1980s.

The condition is excellent, with no notable flaws. It's in beautiful shape.
