basically new it has been taken very good care of, only flaw is that there is corrosion on the battery input, i tooken it too a local shop in town for professional help, they cleaned a little of it off and it worked and played games, but i guess it came back from where i had it sitting. i would keep it to play on etc etc but i just dont have the extra money too invest in it. ps dont come with battery back
