large vintage Cat embroidery art decor it sticks out 3-D.
Very cool.
It looks like a cat is either sitting on a pillow or about to drink milk. I really can’t tell the cat completely sticks out 3-D from the black red velvet frame.
It looks kind of funny cause it used to have a tail attached. You can see where the glue is on the board, you could easily be artistic and add something else as a tail to make it look more cat like again
The embroidery work is amazing. There’s so much work so much detail with the blending of the colors and the stitches.
The frame is definitely worn. The velvet is definitely worn as well, but that is normal since the artwork is from 1974
I’ve seen smaller styles starting at 100.
