Rayon material , belt loops but no belt , 6 of the most amazing round silver buttons encrusted in rhinestones with protruding black shiny stones , bow tie at the neck , elastic smocking at the neck and waist with pleats , side metal zipper .. pleated waist that flows to a nice full skirt , falls below the knees , nice and lightweight , no stains , one one tear in the seam on the back as shown in the pic .. smoke and pet free ameasurements 36 bust ,24 stretch’s to 26 , 54 hips , 6 in sleeve and 44 in long
