Worn to one con. Bought off Amazon with edits made by me (bells added to hat and outfit, stars added to ends). Bells on hat have the balls inside and jingle, however ones on outfit do not. All bells are glued onto costume and stars are insert through, ends being cut and burnt to prevent freying. Hat has 2 clips to attach to wig/hair but the hat itself is very small. It does stretch though.
Back zipper entry, so may require help to get into but it is possible to get into alone.
