Japanese colbalt blue and white porcelain deep plate with gold gilt details
Symbols on back (horse and tree landscape?) match examples of Edo Period Imari, but I have been unable to find anything matching with the front
Plate is a thick porcelain with a solid feel - nothing dainty about it
Approx 10” diameter, 1.5” deep
Condition seems good - no chips or cracks or crazing - imperfections in glaze are manufacturers imperfections - some wear of gold along edge and on plate design - see photos
