Vintage satchel from Dooney made in the USA
 no long strap
Stating this as fair condition, only because of the scuffing, there are no rips holes or tears
 Interior is clean.  There are a few missing stitches at zipper but nothing that is going to affect the use.
Scuffing and darkening on handles scuffing on bottom corners, and at edge near zippers
 a little refurbishing, and you would have a nice leather bag that will last for many years
