USA Vintage Exquisite Bespoke Suit Set, Donegal Tweed

**[Overview]**
This is a very rare bespoke tweed suit from New York Tailor. Made in 1959, it is a full hand-made suit with exquisite hand-stitched buttonholes.

**Donegal Tweed:** A long time ago, Irish tweed was highly regarded over the common Scottish tweed and was only seen in luxury items. This is the epitome of luxury. It is finely handwoven with thin threads, and unlike the typical fluffy tweed, it has almost no fuzz and has a smart fabric quality suitable for a crisp suit fabric. The color is traditional black and ivory, appearing gray from a distance.

**Jacket:** Being bespoke, it has a refined and slightly European feel unlike typical American Ivy. It has 3 buttons and the cuffs are not working buttonholes.
Apart from a minor repair mark on the shoulder, it is in excellent condition.
Length: 78.5cm, Bust: 55.2cm, Shoulder width: 48cm, Waist width: 51cm, Sleeve length: 64cm.

**Pants:** No pleats, with both belt loops and suspender buttons. The hem is double.
As indicated by the finger in the image, there is a small hole on the back of the thigh. We can mend it upon request.
