My 103 year old grandmother left me a box of about a dozen antique international souvenir dolls. Her aunt collected them from around the world as a traveling spinster in the 1920's-1940's and brought them back for her. I have some Asian, some South American, some African, some European, some Native American. This listing is for an indigenous-made buckskin doll purchased sometime in the 1920's-1940's. It looks similar so some of Mary White Thunder's dolls, but I am unsure of who the artist is or what tribe of indigenous peoples it was made by. It is in very good condition. Soft leather body, clothes, and footwear. Beautiful beaded details. Yarn hair. It's an amazing antique collector's item. I'm happy to bundle with other dolls.
