This beautiful Native American bib necklace was crafted by a Native American artisan somewhere between 1950-1970. It is composed of Carnelian, liquid silver & silver beads. They test positive for sterling but aren’t stamped—consistent w the age & the fact that they were likely made for family/other tribe members. The sturdy stone carnelian is often associated with a
protective power. It is said that the wearer will feel self-confidence & intelligence when adorned with this gem.
The necklace is 18” long, & finished w a retro turn lock closure (that functions well).
