This is another hard to find outfit that fits Pepper from Tammy’s family. The straps on the skirt are connected in the front but not the back. There are square metal fasteners on the back where I assume the straps would connect to.
The top of the luggage hinges are broken so it isn’t connected any longer to the bottom. The outfit is clean. The shirt is nice and white and excellent condition! The bottom of the straw hat was coming off so it was glued back into place. Some accessories are marked “Japan”. The sunglasses case is near mint, so small and adorable!
