Beautifully carved and painted American Kestrel. Attention to detail in the individual feathers is amazing.
Signed by the artist RAC on the base of the post. I do not have any other information about their identity. It was purchased in Edenton, North Carolina.
Bird can be removed from the post, he has posts through the feet that fit into holes.
