New no box...I have not used this ..I had moved and hence downsizing as well as need emergency health care funds.....huge move so after here I see 2 shades look like they have been touched? Not used by me maybe have happened with the move? Not a huge deal just wanted to disclose because some people get upset by things like this ....I took a very close shot so it's all disclosed.....want happy customers...

No returns...I reuse packaging to help the world...
UPS surepost is less for shipping in a box...it takes longer and can be rough...I put fed ex to be able to send in a box for less then USPS... USPS is faster ..out of my hands after shipped..I don't have anything to do with time it takes or if they handle roughly as I pack make-up well ...just FYI.if you want USPS you will pay more but Message me BEFORE you purchase if so.....
