This is a size garden fairy dress made by Twinkie Tush.
I can not remember the name. Beautiful soft cotton Lycra stripes in purples and pink material.
Condition: play condition - red marker? Nail polish? On front and stains when turned inside out on bottom of hem - see pics!! I’m pointing to a yellow dot and then the red unknown substance.
This little company used to reside in Ithaca, New York. Which was women owned and operated. Good times…
