This book from 1883 does have some cosmetic issues such as, referring to the second photo provided, first page of the book looks like someone tried repairing the book to connect the page to the Acura book. The binding is some what loose but all pages are intact, not 100% intact but no page is fully disconnected. For the most part this book is in good condition due to its age.
