This hand woven rag rug was made with new cotton fabric strips. The fabric was a Neo Blackberry Bengaline Suit Fabric . This fabric is very heavy making this a very thick, soft rug The rug has a hand sewn hem and was woven with a strong, durable cotton warp. This was made from a pattern in Tom Knisely's book Weaving Rag Rugs called 'Violet Anderson'. What a great accent for any room in your home!
