This print is # 877/975 - *Limited Print!*
The frame features a solid wood border with a gold leaf painted trim. This s in a professional and strong frame. There is cardboard under the paper backing, which can be removed as desired. This was likely framed prior to 1983, before they knew cardboard was acidic.
This print hand signed by the artist! Making this more valuable with the artist being present during printing of his works. This is a print of one of Sander's watercolors he did sometime in the Mid 20th Century.
Tom Sander is known for Wildlife-painter and sculptor. When he was born in Bellingham, Washington in 1938, he soon became an experienced taxidermist. This was a guide for his understanding of the forms and structures of wildlife; serving as a basis for his paintings and sculptures. Sander's work is in the permanent collections of the C. M.
