This is an exceedingly rare medal and ribbon. I have seen these with only the medal, but never a complete medal with ribbon. The coin in the photo shows the size. The overall length is just over 6 . The medal is marked Centenmann Los Angeles California . The medal is in excellent condition. It has a panoramic view of LA with oil rigs and has an Art Deco look.
The ribbon states Voting Delegate Compton . The ribbon is in good shape with some folds and light frays at the bottom.
