This sterling silver flatware is made by Dominic and Haff in the Mazarin pattern introduced in 1892 includes the large place knife, a place fork, a teaspoon, and a flat butter spreader. The place knife is an old French hollow knife with bolster made before stainless steel was invented. Stamped by Bailey and bakes a high-end jeweler originally in Philadelphia. Back in the day when these pieces were made nicer stores contracted with silver manufacturers to have their pieces stamped with their name for prestigious, reputation and advertising. The hallmark on these pieces is Dominic and Haff and they were retailed by Bailey Banks & Biddle Company..
