Includes 52 photographs by the author, two maps, and illustrations, all intact. Cloth hardcover with photo on front. This copy has unique character with its library provenance from Joyce Kilmer Library in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, and an original “To Eleanore” insert that left a striking imprint on the endpaper.
