This is a very rare Dragonite Prism Holofoil from the 1997 Japanese Original Series Topsun collection.
The Japanese Topsun set is considered the first Pokemon set ever printed. The prism holo cards are much more valuable than the non-holos in the Topsun set, as only 1 in 40 packs contained a prism holofoil card. There are 150 cards in the Topsun set, and only 16 are holo.
