Lot of 6 Chip Hilton sports series books by Clair Bee. These are the original manuscripts from the 1950s. Includes:
#1 Touchdown Pass
#2 Championship Ball
#5 Hoop Crazy
#6 Pitchers' Duel
#7 A Pass and a Prayer
#16 Pay-Off Pitch
All are hardcover, no dustcovers, Pitchers' Duel has no pictures on the cover.
These all have various forms of wear. Some have pages with folded corners, pencil marks, a few spots, a few small stains on pages mainly inside cover pages. Covers have edge and corner wear. Some wear on cover pictures with pencil marks on Touchdown Pass. There is an area of surface missing on the front cover of A Pass and a Prayer.
Pitchers' Duel issues: Binding has started to loosen with the first few and last few pages separated from the rest (but still attached to the spine). Stained on a couple of pages towards end with 2 words obscured.
