Really clean and in great condition! Including the stand up card holder and cards as well as the play guide! The play guide has tons of developmental info and ideas for how to use the play gym as your baby grows. The cards are pretty well loved but they are all still there and there’s no rips or anything, just creases and wrinkles. Hanging toys and teethers are in great condition. The play mat is missing one thing, there was a rubber green ring (basically exactly like the one that is hanging) it attached to the yellow and green striped section. I took a close-up picture so you can see where it was. (Easily replaceable)
