1950A $20 star note from the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Serial number B 05 121 325 *. This note is problem-free and has NO pinholes or edge splits. However, there is one VERY TINY chip in the upper left border. I would not call it a split, but I just wanted to point it out. The note is also slightly miscut. Would grade around VF-25.
With the introduction of non-sequential serial number printing, star notes are expected to be discontinued in the near future (the exact date of discontinuance is unknown, but it is forthcoming). Get this before interest and prices in star notes rise!
