This amazing necklace is a vintage piece from the late 90's, to the early 2000's and done by the jewelry maker, Pam Hiran for Anthropologie (which opened in late 1992).
Per asiastore.org in 2011: Pamela Hiran's jewelry consists of her own designs made by Thai women, to whom she has taught beading and sewing techniques in order to support their families. She is now known for her vintage statement pieces, particularly necklaces.
