this is used, it works but for the only problem is the tuner was shaken out of allingment signal so it gives you looks like scrambled signal like it searching on the screen it was throw off alignment. I believe the tuner is loosen from the chip board. if you are able to get it repair it then it works well. see pictures, no returns, no refunds, no exchange. sold as is. signs of normal ware. No remote
