Entertaining wind up tin toy with lots of action. Upon winding up the key (*MISSING) at the base behind the elephant; the three balls provided start to rise up a spiral type conveyor belt and drop into the basketball type hoop the circus elephant is holding out in front of him. This continues for quite some time. While this is going on, the elephant is rapidly spinning the tin tassels attached to the top of his trunk.
The graphics of toy are brightly lithographed in many colors with multiple animals shown marching around the base; the toy is near mint condition. Three balls are provided. It works great and is quite amusing when manually turned. It is labeled Germany and U.S. Zone which dates the toy from 1945-1949.
Dimensions: 8 1/2 long x 9 1/2 high x 4 wide.
