True antique vintage 30's 1930's M/L blue floral puff balloon sleeve midi dress! I was finding books dating 1931 so it may possibly be late 20's. Has big balloon puffy 1/4 sleeves with elastic ends. Straight fit. Pleats at hems center. Cinching detailing across front creating a pleated bust. The most beautiful colorful floral print with a light blue background. Comes with it's original belt. Missing all the buttons at the neckline but fun to add your own. I kept this because it was my favorite but sadly I know it's too big. Tiny hole in bust but gets lost in the fabric. Dingy tan fade in back and near the top. I've worn as is and still think it wears beautifully. Has had a light soak. Rayon. Can't tell you how stunning this is and the sleeves are wow!!
