Amazing find! This is a brand new, with tags dress from the early 80's! So many details here, we have the flanged blouse top design, the neckline button and slit/keyhole, the dropped waist and front pleat, stretch waistband, 3/4 cuffed and buttoned sleeves, below the knee length and the gorgeous white on periwinkle poppy pattern. This dress still has the dress shop tag it was sold at, Playtog's Scott's Dress Shop that was located on Main St. in Ventura, Ca. I can confirm, I'm a local! Labeled size 6 and my mannequin is XS, as you can see, it fits her great so I am labeling this dress to fit anyone that wears XS through S, no problem.
