This is a 13-star button baker pant from the 50s. While zippered crotch types are relatively common, button types are not.
I purchased it at a vintage shop a few years ago, but I'm selling it because it no longer fits my waist.
The vintage shop clerk told me that it was a transitional piece from the M47 herringbone (50s) to the baker pant (60s), and that it was a 50s piece.
The left and right adjusters and 13-star buttons are original and have no repairs or missing parts.
In terms of wear and tear, the silhouette is wider and straighter than 60s baker pants, and the fabric is thicker. The stitching is double stitched.
