The book is square, moderately-to-heavily soiled (front cover is moderately soiled, rear cover is barely soiled, but spine is heavily soiled/worn--see photos), free of corner bumps and edge dings, head and heel of spine bumped with some color loss but no tearing of the fabric; lettering on spine barely worn and very readable; hinges are very tight and not damaged in any fashion.
