There's one clear missing stone on the pin (Green Circle Area). It arrived that way to me. I haven't received a reply back from Tvb regarding this. It's really an easy fix if you have a donor Pvtchwork pin on hand, The majority of his pins have clear stones.
The pin will be bagged and bubble wrapped inside a bubble wrap coated stock mailer.
