New with all tags, Japanese import. A collector's item, its part of a set of plushes all made in this design.
Retired/sold out, they aren't making these anymore. Extremely difficult to find in this good of condition, especially at this price.
Bought it 7 years ago, and it has simply been used as a shelf decoration. Comes from a smoke-free home.
