They do show signs of use with scuffs, scratches, and grime all around the headphones and its accessories. But nothing too major or too distracting. Just average wear and tear from normal everyday use. They have been tested and I do have some concerns. The case appears to be in good health and holds a charge. But the earbuds appear to be dead. They recognize when in the charging case. But as soon as you pull them out, they have no life. With the stated issues THEY WILL BE SOLD AS-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
