I don’t know much about this other than it is definitely vintage and from my research I am going to guess it is from the 1940s. But, I do not know for sure. These were popular in their time and are rare now—they were designed to be flower vases and planters. I would say the condition is excellent, considering they are very old. There are no chips. The inside may look dirty, but that is because it was designed to hold flowers and was used as such, so that part is not pristine. It has a very romantic kind of feeling. The woman depicted is like a Goddess! I’m basing the price on what I have seen after doing a lot of research of similar pieces.
