COVER: AFTER CRONKITE
CONDITION: THERE ARE LIGHT SIGNS OF AGING AND WEAR ALONG EDGES/CORNERS. OVERALL, VERY GOOD. INSIDE PAGES LOOK TO BE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND READABILITY IS GREAT. AN ADDRESS LABEL WAS PRESENT.
I was working at Genentech in 1981 when Walter Cronkite came into the lobby to sign in. He was there with his crew to film an episode of “Walter Cronkite’s Universe”. For sale today is a 3—9-1981 Newsweek Magazine inscribed to me (Bob). With a photocopy of the Genentech Sign-in sheet and a plain Genentech letterhead sheet of paper.
Just a note, While Cronkite was there to film the greatness of this new Biotechnology and its potential for advancements in medicine, his video was more a bash on the potential of man playing God.
