Bought bc I loved my friends but we don’t have enough outside electrical sockets where we want the cameras. Brand new. Took out of the box to realize it wouldn’t work for us and put back in. Will run off wifi in case of a power outage but main source of energy is a socket. Says you can use it with or without wires but I haven’t taken the time to try. Went with something different instead. My laziness is your win. Hook up box to the tv to watch all 4 cameras at once. Payed 350 for. Supported by android/IOS/pc
