Item is in overall Good, Preowned Condition. However here are some things I noticed. The finish on top seems duller than the rest. It may just need some wood polish, not sure, I did not try it. Latch seems a bit loose as though the nail holding the hook in place could come out with a tug but it's holding for now. There are a couple of nail heads slightly sticking up. There is one broken brass piece which could be bent back down. I left it up to show. And some of the brass pieces has oxidation, that greenish blue tint that brass starts to develop. One of the bottom feet seems a teeny bit loose. See pics for details. It measures approx 18 at widest x 11 at tallest x 12 at deepest.
